ORDER CANCELLATION 

Every T-shirt is made to order. Hence, t-shirts once ordered cannot be cancelled.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please attach a photo showing the issue. We will review it and confirm the problem from our end.

Please report the issue within 14 days of receiving the product. If the item does not match the item shown on the website, please contact customer service within the same period so the team can review it and determine the appropriate next step.

A ticket for a return or refund will be issued once the team completes the mandatory checks. Thank you for your patience!
